3 years ago, I have already drawn this motive once as pen and ink drawing. It has been held in private collection to Canada during my first exhibition at that time in Mann-O-Meter, a Gay Switchboard in Berlin.
Now the same theme has been new represented as one of my first canvas-acrylic-paintings, just more lively, more colorful and more sensual.
The feather boa is actually something very European, but it’s a interesting combination between the western and eastern cultures.
The title “butterfly” is an abridgement of the Chinese characters, the original meaning is “besotting butterfly in love with spring”.
